Tom Mackell

Tom Mackell grew up in a suburb of Philadelphia where he began playing guitar at a young age. He was a member of numerous bands throughout middle school and high school where he was exposed to several different artists and genres. In his junior year of high school, Mackell began writing songs for his solo career. His first piece of work, One Man Army EP, is a heartfelt mixture of acoustic guitar and vocal harmonies. Released in July 2009, Mackell is currently performing at local coffee shops in the Washington DC area, where he attends school, to promote the album.
