Jude Roberts

Jude Roberts brings a new flare to folk music while staying true to the tradition. He has shared stages and harmonies with a number of noteworthy musicians, including Karan Casey (Solas), Dar Williams, and Pete Seeger. Currently making his home in the Hudson Valley, he tours and performs frequently on both the East and the West Coast. Recently, he was selected to showcase at Folk Alliance conferences in New York and California.

Jude has a unique ability to convey emotion to an audience. His songs are gems of folk craft: melody and dynamic chord changes are emphasized, lyrics are insightful and all of these aspects are brought to life by a voice that is strong, pure and clear. His debut full-length record is entitled Stained Glass Afterglow.
