The DEJAS

Callie Lipton and Aaron Katz met at the University of New Hampshire in the fall of 2005. As members of The DEJAS these two artists are able to express themselves as singers, songwriters, instrumentalists, and producers. For the last two years The DEJAS have toured the Northeast spreading their original music everywhere from house concerts to festival stages. In 2007, The DEJAS won the Seacoast Eye on the Arts "Alternative Band of the Year" award. Fans of The DEJAS express a heart-felt connection to the music and find a warmth,honesty,passion and humanity within the sound. Through their music Callie and Aaron express their connection to life's varied experiences, dreams, and desires.
