Craig DeMelo

It was the fall of 2000, Craig was just a freshman in College and he was trying to find his place in music. An aspiring Blues guitarist, Craig idolized legends like Stevie Ray Vaughan and Jimi Hendrix and had spent much of high school singing in a Rock Band. However, in college, he soon became engrossed in the music of singer/songwriters. He began listening to the Beatles, Bob Dylan, Dave Matthews, Paul Simon, Cat Stevens, and many more. He fell in love with the earnestness and honesty in songwriting. He set out with one goal and that was to write songs that made people feel the way that he did when he listened to those great songwriters.

Its six years later and Craig has come a long way since his days in College. In those six years, he performed in nearly every major club in the Northeast and he opened for several national acts including Howie Day and The Mighty Mighty Bosstones With over 3000 CDs sold and over 60 songs to his credit, Craig has continued to write songs and perform all over the New England Area. Today, Craig is recording his first full-length solo album and he plans on touring extensively to support it. While not sure if he has accomplished his original goal, Craigs happy with what he has accomplished so far...but if you ask him hell quickly tell you that theres much more to be done.
